I earned this bet the hard way. Three years of building agents for an insurer, a ticketing giant and a utility taught me exactly where agents break, and what it takes to make one you can trust with a real job. The consulting side of Logical Agents funds the build: voice agents, multi-agent systems and evals for enterprises that want AI in production, not in slides.
